Terms of sale

Who you are buying from

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our site.

Digital license

When you buy a digital product you may use it yourself or in your own business, for as long as you like. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or rebrand them, without a partner license (tensorust.com/licensing).

Delivery

Digital products are delivered right after payment as download links. By buying, you request immediate delivery. If you are in the EU or UK, you agree that you give up your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts.

All sales final

All sales are final. No refunds. If a download doesn't work, we fix it or send a working copy. Service deposits are non-refundable and credited toward the project. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period, with no refunds for partial periods.

Services

Scope, price and timeline for build projects are agreed in writing before work starts. You own the code, design and release setup of a build project.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. Keep your password private. We may lock a login after repeated wrong passwords.
