Refund policy

Works or I fix it.

If a file doesn't open or doesn't work as described, email support@tensorust.com or call (914) 312-5691 within 30 days. I fix it or send you a working copy. A real person replies within one business day.

All sales are final. No refunds.

This applies to everything sold on shop.tensorust.com and tensorust.com. The fix-it promise above is a repair or replacement, not a refund.

Service deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. The full deposit is credited toward your project.

Monthly plans

Cancel anytime by emailing support@tensorust.com. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds for partial periods.
