Log it. Beat it.
The whole point of a training log is knowing what you did last time while you are standing at the bar. Ironbook puts that number beside every set, and then draws the line going up.
WHAT IT DOES
- Templates with exercises, sets and reps; three included, unlimited yours
- Live workout with previous session's numbers next to each set
- One-tap set completion that copies last time's numbers if you leave them blank
- Rest timer with 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 and 3:00 presets that starts when you tick a set
- Plate maths for any bar
- PR detection at the set level and when you finish
- History with sets, volume and duration per session; repeat any past workout
- Progress: estimated 1RM per exercise (Epley) with PR sessions marked, gain since first log, weekly volume for twelve weeks
- Records: est. 1RM, best set, heaviest set, most reps, for every exercise
- kg or lb, backup and restore

workout log: templates, sets and reps with last session beside each set, rest timer, plate maths, e1RM progress charts and PRs
Start a workout from a template, and every set shows what you did last time so you know what to beat. Tick a set, the rest timer starts. Finish, and PRs are called out. Progress charts estimated one-rep max per exercise with PR sessions marked, plus weekly volume. Records table for every lift. Plate calculator included.
