Tensorust · for the people who answer for public money
You are the one who has to explain the deadline. Start here, free.
These tools are for the person whose job it is: the E-Rate coordinator in EPC, the assessor who signs the roll, the grants manager closing out ARPA, the officer who runs the plate-reader audit. Use the free check on your own organization today. If it finds something, each section has a paragraph you can forward and a one-page business case for whoever approves the spend.
E-Rate coordinators

Five residency exemptions on your roll to look at before the status date.
Grants managers closing ARPA
A Stall Check of your SLFRF projects from Treasury's data, before Dec 31, 2026.
ALPR administrators
A monthly self-audit query set and your state's checklist, no data sent.
For E-Rate coordinators, technology directors and library IT
Check your BEN: what USAC approved that you have not collected, and the date you lose it.
Enter the billed entity number from your Form 471. You get every funded FRN from funding year 2023 on with money left, its last date to invoice, whether the one-time 120-day extension is used, and the exact step and date. The extension can be requested before the deadline in EPC, or within 15 days after it through an EPC customer service case (47 CFR 54.514(b), as amended by FCC 26-30). Nothing is stored.
Also free for your agents: MCP tool erate_deadline_check at shop.tensorust.com/api/mcp, and program_precheck (program=erate) to test one BEAR or SPI invoice line against USAC before you file.

For assessors, exemption clerks and RPTS directors
Residency exemptions that may not be primary residences, found across every roll at once.
We checked every residence-based exemption (STAR, senior, veterans, disability) on New York's 2025 rolls three ways: owner mailing address out of state, an LLC or other entity holding a personal exemption, and the same owner holding a primary-residence exemption in two municipalities, which no single office can see. Statewide: 4,141 parcels, about $3,830,027 a year in county, municipal and school taxes. Signals, not findings: your office decides every case.

Which SLFRF projects still have money, from Treasury's own data, before Dec 31, 2026.
Every obligated SLFRF dollar has to be expended by Dec 31, 2026 or it goes back to Treasury; the final Project and Expenditure report is due April 30, 2027. Treasury's data for the period ending March 31, 2026 shows 454 recipients with large balances still unspent, about $1.31 billion in all. Much of it has been spent since and not yet reported. The Stall Check shows you which of your projects Treasury's data puts furthest behind, so you can compare it with your ledger.

Audit every plate-reader search, not a sample.
Virginia requires an internal audit at least every 30 days and a quarterly State Police report (Q4 due Jan 1, 2027). Minnesota requires an independent biennial audit, and a pattern of noncompliance suspends every reader. Washington now requires a yearly audit of all access and use. Reading searches by hand takes about 2 minutes each, roughly 33 hours per 1,000, which is why most audits read a sample.
Free: the self-audit pack
Ten monthly checks that work on any vendor's search-audit export, the Virginia, Minnesota, Washington and California checklist, and the Virginia purpose-code step. No data leaves your building.
Free: a one-month read
Send one month of the export through a link we email you. Flag counts come back in 2 business days, no names, no plates, deleted within 30 days.
Full 12-month audit for a large or multi-vendor agency: $12,000, by proposal. No system access; nothing about your agency published without your written OK.
