One investor, hundreds of LLC names. We resolve who actually controls the homes.
County rolls list owners by name, so a single investor shows up as hundreds of borrower LLCs, series entities and misspellings. The ROAD Act ban on large investors, USDA's AFIDA rules, DoD's SF 328 proposal and the FCC's foreign adversary order all turn on the same question: who controls this entity? The Control Graph answers it from public records, with the evidence for every link: shared mailing addresses, principal offices in the state franchise registry, SEC subsidiary lists, name roots and documented parent families. Registered-agent and tax-service addresses are detected and never used to merge unrelated owners.

Coverage today: 17 counties (Bexar, Clark, Cobb, Collin, Dallas, DeKalb, Duval, Fulton, Gwinnett, Harris, Hillsborough, Maricopa, Mecklenburg, Orange, Shelby, Tarrant, Travis) across Texas, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee and Nevada, the main institutional single-family rental markets (graph built 2026-11-05).
