Upper C-band fleet files.

Every site your company holds on the FCC's Upper C-band incumbent list, in one file: antennas, lump-sum range, and each record problem a clearinghouse is likely to question at intake. Built for incumbents' engineering and network-operations teams and their counsel, before 6,015 per-site elections that cannot be taken back.

Data only. Tensorust provides data. We do not prepare, file or advise on lump sum elections, we do not certify anything, and we are not affiliated with the FCC or the Upper C-band Clearinghouse. Your officers and counsel make and file every election. Same file, same price, for any incumbent.

What is in a fleet file

CSV and Excel (Summary, Sites, Antennas, Flags and Method sheets), for one control group: every registrant name under common control on Form 323, or one FRN under several names, as the clearinghouse engine groups them.

Registrant, FRN, call sign, file numberas the FCC list and ICFS show them, for every registrant in your control group (and a sidecar if you ask)
Site IDs, street address, coordinatesone row per call sign at each street address, with every Site ID filed there
Antenna IDs and countsevery antenna line exactly as the list files it, with its Site ID (a separate Antennas sheet)
2020 status and name historywhether each call sign elected the lump sum in 2020, and every earlier registrant name on the 2020 and Nov 2025 lists
Shared dishes and co-locationlocations also filed under another call sign, inside your group or under another registrant
Lump-sum rangeper site, from every antenna single-feed to every antenna multi-feed at the preliminary amounts (DA 26-1049)
Every flag, with its reasonthe record checks below, each written out for the site it hits, so your team can fix the record or document why it is right
One-page summarysites, antennas, value range, flag counts and the three most striking facts about your fleet

The flags

Firm: the record itself stops the claim as filed. Review: a question a person has to answer. Neither is a decision by the FCC or any clearinghouse. The rules are the same ones our public dry run uses.

Sources and method

  • List. FCC Upper C-band incumbent earth station list, DA 26-1126 (current as of Oct 15, 2026). A site is one call sign at one street address, with every Site ID filed there.
  • Amounts. Preliminary Cost Catalog, DA 26-1049 Table III-E-1: $13,722 per single-feed receive-only antenna to $21,502 per multi-feed antenna. Multi-beam antennas pay more ($45,777 to $55,985) and MVPD headend sites get $53,604 more per site; the list does not say which antennas those are, so the range does not include them.
  • Records. ICFS call sign records fetched Nov 5, 2026 (licensee, FRN, latest filing status and expiration); the 2020 and Nov 14, 2025 lists for name history; Form 323 ownership for control groups.
  • Rules. The flags follow the checks in our clearinghouse dry run. Counts here were built 2026-11-06; amounts are preliminary and will change with the final catalog.
