Two losses in a row and you queue a third. Everyone does. This spreadsheet is the friend who says log off.

Log each ranked game: champion, role, result, LP, minutes, tilt. It tracks net LP, win rate and streaks, and after every game gives you a call: keep queuing, one more max, or STOP.
