• Reminder writer: five steps (a friendly heads-up before the due date, due today, a week late, a firm reminder, a final notice with a date work pauses), filled in with the real amount, dates, days late and your payment details
• A tone slider from Warm to Direct, your own sign-off, and a text box you can edit before sending
• Open the email in your own email app, or copy it. Every reminder is logged, and the next one is scheduled
• Part payments, several currencies, and any payment terms
• Late fee calculator: a flat fee, a percentage per month or yearly interest, with grace days, what it grows to at 30, 60, 90 and 180 days, and one click to add it to the invoice
• Client report cards: an A to F grade, average days to pay, on-time rate, reminders needed per invoice, a chart of every invoice, and advice for the next job (keep terms, send a heads-up, ask for 25% or 50% upfront, or get paid in full first)
• Printable statement of account for any client, with an aging summary and total due
• Export to CSV, backup and restore
