Nine attempts, planned before you leave the house.
Meet day is not the time to do arithmetic. You are dehydrated, the flight is running late, and someone is asking what your opener is in kilos. Do it the night before and print it.
Put in your gym maxes and the plan comes out: openers, seconds and thirds for all three lifts, the plates per side for every bar drawn as coloured plates, warm-ups with clock times timed to your position in the flight, your projected total and DOTS score, and, if you type the total of the lifter ahead of you, the third deadlift you need to beat them.
WHAT IT DOES
- Attempts from a percent strategy (91 / 96 / 101 by default), rounded to the federation increment
- Estimates a max from a triple or a five if that is what you have
- Plate loading for every attempt and every warm-up, kg or lb, with your plates and collars
- Warm-up timing: six sets counting down to the platform, clock times from the flight start and your position
- Projected total and DOTS (2019 coefficients), for openers and for thirds
- Total-to-beat: the deadlift you need
- Meet history with total and DOTS charted over time
COACH MODE
- Save each lifter with their own numbers, flight and position
- One warm-up room timeline for the whole team: when each lifter starts warming up, when each opener is called, in clock order, with a warning when two of your lifters open within three minutes of each other
- A printable meet card per lifter: attempts, plates per side, warm-up start and opener clock
Who it's for
Anyone lifting in their first to fiftieth meet, and the coaches handling six lifters in one flight.
