Most resumes are rejected before a person reads them, by software and skimming recruiters looking for the post's own words. You may well have the experience. If the post says "route planning" and your resume says "planned daily routes", that can be enough to miss.

• Extracts up to 32 keywords and phrases from any job post: tools, skills, qualifications, repeated terms
• Weights them by repetition, by a built-in list of 170 recognised skills and tools, and by where they appear ("experience with...")
• Matches against your resume with word-form awareness (scheduling and schedules, planned and planning)
• Three states: matched, there in different words, missing
• Match score, and the score tailoring could reach
• Click a missing keyword: "I have this" or "I do not have this"
• Tailoring prompt: keeps matched terms, switches near-misses to the post's wording, asks you one question before adding anything you confirmed, never claims what you ruled out, and lists every change
• Cover letter prompt that addresses your biggest gap honestly
• Interview prep prompt built from your gaps and the post's priorities, then a mock interview
• Short recruiter note prompt
• Flags "3+ years" style requirements
