What do I actually make per sale?

Etsy takes a listing fee, 6.5% of the item AND the shipping, a payment fee with a fixed part, and sometimes 12 to 15% for an offsite ad you did not ask for. Then there is the sale you are running and the label you pay. Most sellers find out what they really make when they do their taxes.
